As a reminder, submitting this form does NOT mean you have the items rented. By submitting this form you are sharing your wishlist with us, which we will use to put together a proposal for you to review. No items will be held until a signed agreement and deposit are received.
Returns
All items must be returned within their return window on the signed agreement. The client is responsible for returning all rental items within the return window using the supplied return label, or a late Fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. If any items returned are broken or missing, The One Rentals LLC will automatically charge a replacement fee on the payment method on file for the full cost of the items, up to $500, until new items can be sourced and the final cost of repair/replacement are determined.
Orders cancelled within their cancellation window will forfeit their non-refundable deposit. If you cancel items after the window closes, The One Rentals LLC reserves the right to charge the invoice total for items as a retainer fee and refuse to send the cancelled items.
Terms
Placing an order request online does NOT guarantee any items, availability, or services due to limited stock. You will receive a confirmation email with any available items and services from The One Rentals, LLC once your order is received and availability is approved. A non-refundable deposit is required for all orders. Any cancellations must be made within the specific cancellation window within your confirmation email, and the non-refundable deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee. If you cancel items after the window closes, The One Rentals LLC reserves the right to charge the invoice total for items as a retainer fee and refuse to send the cancelled items.

Force Majeure: The One Rentals LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform if such failure is resulting from an act of God (including but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, pandemic, epidemic or other natural disasters), war, terrorist activities, government sanction, shipping delays, permitting issues, labor dispute, strike, lockout, or power failure/interruption ("Force Majeure Event"). If The One Rentals LLC anticipates any delay or failure due to a Force Majeure Event, it shall promptly give notice to the other party (providing a reasonably detailed description of the circumstances thereof, including the anticipated effect of any delay or failure and any actions that are being or are to be taken to alleviate or overcome the cause of the delay or failure). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, The One Rentals LLC prevented from or delayed in performing shall use reasonable efforts to avoid failure or delay and/or to mitigate the effects of any Force Majeure Event.
In the event of a Force Majeure clause needing to be enacted, an alternative delivery or pickup method will be discussed by both parties. The One Rentals LLC cannot guarantee Venue or Client Delivery for any items impacted, but all pickup and delivery windows will be shared. If items cannot make it in time for the events with The One Rentals LLC or client transportation, a partial refund will be issued.
