how it works

We carry a variety of decor, ready to go now! Click Browse Rentals from the top, or look through the inspiration for some total design ideas.
See something you like? Fill out the Start Your Rental Form! This will collect all the information we need to start. Once you submit, our team will check the items & availability and reach out with a proposal.
Your individualized proposal will include the items we have available, pricing, shipping/transportation details, and any other special notes relevant to your order. Once you've reviewed the proposal, let us know if you want to make any changes or proceed to book.
We'll send over a contract to sign and deposit information. Once those are both received - you can celebrate checking them off your list!
Leading up to your event, we will email over a reminder, collect remaining payments, and verify delivery details in advance. Your order will be dropped off at the venue, shipped to you, or ready for pickup as discussed. You are responsible for set up and clean up, so make sure you have a person dedicated to set these items out and recollect them at the end of the evening.
If the items were shipped to you, return labels will be included in the packages. All items are due back by the date on your contract.
You planned, you partied, now you get to recover. Once everything is dropped in the mail or in-person, you are done. Enjoy your home with less clutter and no Facebook Marketplace monitoring.
